FDCI X WILDERBEE TALENT CAMP #GETNOTICED programme
Wilderbee Talent Camp by Lakshmi Rana is an all-inclusive platform for modeling and pageant aspirants and our mission is to encourage body positivity, inclusivity and acceptance as a fundamental concept in the fashion industry. It is a platform for learning, support and equality wherein Lakshmi Rana and her team personally invests in the career of every participant and trains them to become a living testimony of talent and authenticity.
Our recent collaboration and launch with @fdciofficial X @wilderbeetalentcamp #getnoticed received an overwhelming response and the finalists went through an intensive four day training programme in Ramp walk & Posing sessions, Personal Branding & Self Connect, Financial Management, Industry Insight, Agency contracts, Makeup tutorials amongst many other sessions.
The jury shortlisted four girls for the prestigious FDCI India Fashion Week 2021 but all fifteen finalists emerged as winners.
It was a first of its kind camp in the country with plus size models, transgender models, petite models as well as regular models all in one batch.

Introducing the eminent Jury for #GetNoticed model hunt – Edward Lal Rempuia , Namrata Joshipura , Nitin Bal Chauhan , Rahul Khanna and Suneet Varma.From the 15 shortlisted models, who experienced intensive training by Lakshmi Rana, four models were shortlisted by the jury to walk at the India Fashion Week 2021.

While these 4 entered with little to no experience in the modelling world, what they did possess was determination, will and sheer focus to make the most of the 4 day intensive inclusive FDCI x WTC #GetNoticed Model Hunt and emerge as winners!
Their victory is a testament in itself and something other people can take inspiration from that you can achieve whatever you set your mind to. With @lakshmirana’s mentorship, they have a paved way to make it big in the modeling and fashion industry.
Wilderbee Talent Camp’s mission is to impart knowledge and training through intensive camps which are going to take place over the coming months.
